Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please give minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rescheduled your appointment. If 24hrs notification is not given, you will be charged the full cost for the missed appointment, excluding extenuating circumstances e.g emergency.
Kildare Osteopathys’ aim is to provide all clients with exceptional care. When clients cancel without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen and getting the help they need, it also affects the day to day running of the clinic.
Appointments cancellation and reschedueling options
When an appointment is scheduelled a confirmation email is sent, this email contains a cancellation link.
A reminder email is sent 48hours before an upcoming appointment, it contains a cancellation link.
A reminder text is sent 24hours before an appoinmtment.
If you cannot attend an appointment please give more than 24hours notice, by cancelling via the cancellation link in the email or by contacting 0863585393 or kildareosteopathy@gmail.com.
